“Got my Evora 400 serviced with Pro Tek and had great service all around. My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”

“I used to change my engine oil at home. But no more. There’s a Jiffy Lube near my house and I have gotten to know and trust this shop. The same guys and gals have been working as a team for years. I appreciate the communication that they practice while doing the work and then doing the check out. I get the oil changed no mess no fuss. It’s clean and done. And there is usually a coupon that gives me a discount.”

“Last Tuesday my car wouldn't start with numerous attempts to jump, so I popped over to this Jiffy Lube which I live down the street from explained the situation and they sprung to action. After some testing and waiting and discussion. They were able to get the car to jump with their jump box (embarrassingly I failed at jumping due to some user error I still can't figure out) I drove in and they did some further test and let me know some good and some bad news. With things needing some work and replacement and things that are fine. Through and through I have been here multiple times and each time they were awesome with quick work and even helping me find and decide on good parts and prices. I felt like I was getting full disclosure, even with my ignorance on vehicles. The manager Eva was awesome every step of the way this visit. I can't recommend this Jiffu Lube enough if you're in the area for a quick fix or general maintenance.”
“I called in from out of state to help my son who is in Portland. I spoke with Mel he had the best customer service. I actually called back a few times and he was always happy to help. Patient, kind, not in a hurry. My son did go in also dealt with Mel he got his diagnostic finally after a few mechanics later got an answer that made sense. He was honest about the problem and job that had to be done. I just appreciate the help and kindness. We will be coming back for future car troubles. Thank you.”

“I'm so glad i found this dealer, Rich; the truck stop store display/showcase was actually very impressive. I need SIGNATURE synthetic 0w20 Which is almost impossible to buy off a shelf and usually only through the online store. The online store is fine but i don't like having to pay more for shipping plus waiting, i just want to go in to a store and get it but no stores carry signature which is their best product line. I hate that part but this review isn't for that. Ended up talking to Rich for about 20 minutes about oil, a conversation i didn't know i needed, but I did. And let me tell you, this man is PASSIONATE about amsoil; it runs in the family apparently, dating back to the 50's. And now I'm a customer for life. My research kept leading me back to signature and he sealed the deal. I also used to use Wix performance filters but now I'm sold on their brand because the performance is the same but there's actual support for any issues. good luck contacting anyone from Wix. Did you know they also make gun cleaner and oil? I didn't. But now i own it. The man can sell oil and make you feel good about buying it. As long as that display is there, I'll be coming back every time. Thanks Rich.”
“I won't be able to say good things enough about these folks. My folks VW had a transmission issue with only 78000 miles on the car. They took it to Dick Hannah VW to be told they couldn't fix it due to unavailable parts. And... they didn't want to deal with the extended warranty they had. Perplexed, I called Halsey automotive repair based on a recommendation from a transmission shop in Portland. They looked at it, ascertained where the problem was and dealt with the warranty company without complaint. Not only did they find parts, but they went deep enough into the problem to fix it and prevent it from happening again. Bravo! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Quality shop with quality people. A rarity these days.”
“Great place to load, or unload. I arrived at 0700 for 0900 delivery I was outta there by 0800. Yard is tight due to shared space with tankers. No overnight parking for ExxonMobile, and guard shack available after 6am”

I was turned away from both the Fast Lane and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on the same road (even though I called ahead to each of them and they both assured me they could do the service).
