“I had a great experience at this UHaul location. I got charged about $290 online for a one way trip to Seattle. When I got to the store, it said there was a one way special to Seattle for $144. Thomas B helped me redo my reservation to get the discount and was very kind and helpful. Everything, including the furniture blankets, were cheaper at the store than they were online. Great experience.”

“I didn’t visit U-Haul Storage at Columbia as I booked movers to bring my u-box to my apartment and unload it for me. The box arrived in Portland a week earlier than the original booking estimate which I was thrilled with. I booked the moving help through u-haul’s website Elite Movers the same day the box arrived to be unloaded the following day. Rick with Elite Movers texted me the morning of the unload to communicate. Using a u-box was recommended from some friends and I would and have recommended using u-box to others.”
“Recently rented a truck with Penske, and they were AWESOME! Penske had better deals than U-Haul and Budget rentals! More availability in sizes of trucks in the Marysville area. Also, their customer service over the phone were attentive and very helpful professionals! Penske also honors military veterans! Thank you Penske, for what you do for "Our Country"!!!”

Yes, It is connected to a small Mexican market that is cluttered and English is definitely not the first language. If you've ever been to Mexico you'll feel right at home. But the young man in the U-Haul room next door spoke perfect English and checked us in and got us going quickly and easily. The few U-Haul trucks share the gravel parking lot with the market.”

“Best U-Haul experience in Portland. Mike is incredibly resourceful and helpful. We rented from him last summer when other UHaul locations weren't able to protect their vehicles from gas siphoning. And recently he walked us thru an after hours return over the phone outside of the normal process.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my U-Haul rentals.”
