“So much better than U-Haul where you wait forever deal with a dirty sketchy office and trucks that are beat. At this location, I worked with two professionals in a clean lobby and a perfect vehicle that was well-maintained and well kept. A tip for all of you get away bigger truck than you need. It’s so much easier to move in.”
“Truck was great for my needs. I did have a couple of issues with the rubber gasket around their recently replaced windshield and braking was not smooth (apply brakes and it felt like I was driving down a washboard road). All in all it was a good rental, it washboard my move.”

“I had a great experience at this UHaul location. I got charged about $290 online for a one way trip to Seattle. When I got to the store, it said there was a one way special to Seattle for $144. Thomas B helped me redo my reservation to get the discount and was very kind and helpful. Everything, including the furniture blankets, were cheaper at the store than they were online. Great experience.”
“I didn’t visit U-Haul Storage at Columbia as I booked movers to bring my u-box to my apartment and unload it for me. The box arrived in Portland a week earlier than the original booking estimate which I was thrilled with. I booked the moving help through u-haul’s website Elite Movers the same day the box arrived to be unloaded the following day. Rick with Elite Movers texted me the morning of the unload to communicate. Using a u-box was recommended from some friends and I would and have recommended using u-box to others.”

“I rented a small van to move a piece of furniture. The two friendly employees I interacted with were helpful in choosing the right furniture dolly and in explaining the rental process. He even carried the heavy dolly across the street to the van for me. I highly recommend this location for great customer service.”

“Renting a 3/4 truck with a strong Duramax diesel engine was amazing for our trip to the Oregon Coast. It pulled our 32ft travel trailer with ease up big winding hills. The 2500 Silverado was brand new, full towing package, had heated steering wheel & seats. Apple Car play and all the options. Big quad cab provided ample space. The staff was friendly, helpful and on time. Really amazing and the price for the week was extremely reasonable. Enterprise gives you a full week for the cost of 5 days. They also threw in unlimited miles. We didn’t need the extra miles but we appreciate the staff just doing it so we didn’t have to worry about every single mile. (We only drove less than 500 miles total).”
