Excellent quality and service. We've specified and custom-designed many rugs with Tufenkian over the years. The poor reviews do not seem legitimate.

An inviting environment and knowledgeable staff make it easy to select a carpet for immediate delivery or to design custom rugs. A full range of contract, residential and hospitality services are offered, including new hand tufted options in wool and natural fibers. The Portland, Oregon showroom welcomes both trade and residential clients.
Located next door is the Tufenkian Portland Outlet Store – the only outlet center for classic Tufenkian Artisan Carpets in the country that features discontinued designs or colors, samples, antiques, and special purchases from around the world.
