I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and was just in the establishment for a cashier check. Cashier check unfortunately was not processed with my name and I’m hoping to get a solution (a receipt was not provided) but no answer from branch.

This bank needs serious help. Wait for assistance while every walk in is helped. If I were to stand in line I would have been helped sooner then waiting patiently for my turn. I hope you can do better or loose my business
