“Exceptional customer service. The hinge mechanism in my Galaxy Z Flip3 failed after 4-1/2 years of use. Loss of the user interface made migration to a replacement phone extremely complicated. The staff person who assisted me was so patient, reassuring and dedicated to making the transition happen. After a full hour, plus calling and working with the activation center she was successful. And yes, I am beyond happy with my new Flip7.”
