“I came into this store to upgrade my phone, and received such amazing assistance from Cole. He was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about the products and services he could offer. Was kind enough to not only find phone accessories that he thought were good quality, but was also considerate enough to find products that he thought suited my style/personality. He was very patient, encouraging, and kind throughout my whole experience. Would highly recommend reaching out to him with any assistance needed! Thank you Cole!”

“I bought a new s twenty 66 weeks ago and tried to get some answers from the people.I bought it from at the store in redmond next to fred myers. That was a total waste of time. They didn't know the answers to simple questions. And they all seemed unhappy. Then, I went to the corporate store up by walmart and my god. What a difference! By coincidence, I was greeted and helped by the manager of the store.A nice woman who really knew her stuff! I had a punch list of things I was hoping to accomplish. But I didn't really expect to do to my previous experience. She was a superstar and they are lucky to have her!”

“This store only hires the most talented customer service staff. I've come in several times to replace or swap sims and each time I was greeted warmly, reassured that I would be helped soon, and then had my problems solved quickly and professionally. If all employees had attitudes as positive and consistent as the folks at this T-Mobile store, the world would be a much better place.”

“Exceptional customer service. The hinge mechanism in my Galaxy Z Flip3 failed after 4-1/2 years of use. Loss of the user interface made migration to a replacement phone extremely complicated. The staff person who assisted me was so patient, reassuring and dedicated to making the transition happen. After a full hour, plus calling and working with the activation center she was successful. And yes, I am beyond happy with my new Flip7.”
