I happened to be disappointed in my carrier and asked what she offered. She showed me a plan that was much better than my current one, and was a good chunk cheaper, and then she helped me switch carriers and explained a number of benefits I was unaware of. I am very pleased with the new service and her assistance. Bri was extremely helpful, informative, gracious and polite, and all with a smile.
