We came here after another place in town (big box store) tried to tell us that my dog needed to “be sedated and shaved down by a vet” when we showed up to the appointment. I’ve been a groomer before and knew that wasn’t true- he just had some matting, which is why I needed the appointment so quickly. I called Bark Avenue instead, and they got me in the very next day (today) and she was so nice! She took great care of Kuzco. He looks awesome, and we already booked his next visit!

They very much care about the parents as much as all the "babies." If you aren't already a part of this "clinical family" you most certainly should do it as soon as possible. You are never lied to, there are never hidden charges or hidden "anything" ever. The ladies up front go out of their way, completely out of their way, to help gather information from other places (vets, shelters) if or when needed and they listen to your crying of epic proportions over the phone with the utmost sincerity, understanding and feel what you are spewing out! Hahaha, trust me! I have been that spewing person in a panic of "the not knowing what the heck is wrong with my baby".
Nancy was unbelievable! I was spewing my concern over the phone, so upset, scared, and worried about a new addition to my tiny family due to "the not knowing." Jill and Dr. Cassee were both super patient with me and my situation and answered everything I asked about honestly and truthfully. Dr. Shawn is my absolute favorite for the things he has been through with me as he has been my main vet for years, and my super sweet Hannah! Love her! No matter who is there for you, they are all amazing! Thank you to Jill and Dr. Cassee for everything on my new baby's first and second visit!!

The business has been around for many years and I have just begun using them. The front office is fully staffed and all my questions are answered quickly, either in person or through email. I appreciate the genuine compassion and love they give to my dog. The choices of care are abundant so each animals needs can be satisfied. My dog is happy going there. I will definitely continue using this facility because I trust it.

I don't know what I would do without her taking care of my two old labs when I need to go out of town. The dogs love her, which makes leaving them behind so much easier knowing that they will be well taken care of. Michelle is prompt, reliable and trustworthy. I would not leave my dogs or give access to my home to just anyone. She is great about sending videos to keep me updated on what they are up to. There are so many advantages to having her come to the house instead of taking the dogs to a kennel. There is so much less stress on the dogs not going to the kennel and makes my trips stress free. I don't have to worry about drop off or pick up hours, they are right here at home when I get back. I love that she offers extra perks as well. The cost of her service is very reasonable (even less than the kennel), and she is worth every penny!

They do an excellent job, and our dog immediately settled back into the routine and had retained all of his obedience skills. Since we are a family of five with 3 kids it hasn’t always been easy to maintain the same methods of training, thus the refresher courses which have been fantastic. Highly recommend!

20920 NW Kachina Ave, RedmondA local business owner recommended Doggieville Ranch for my young pup and boy were they spot on. Trudy is the best! She is both firm and loving at the same time. I was reluctant to leave our younger puppy for 11 days but Trudy made it an amazing experience. She was so welcoming and open to multiple questions and any special requests. She was diligent about responding to any texts and posted sweet photos on social media so that we could see how he was doing. On pick-up day, we could tell that our pup was well cared for; he was clean and happy. I will definitely take him there again, whether it is for a longer trip, or just for some daycare hours. On top of the incredible food, the customer service is next-level. It’s rare to find a place where the food and the experience are both this good. My husband ate the same thing ... Eggs Benedict because he said it was the best he had ever had. We had 3 different waiters each day and they were all wonderful! But I have to mention Jacob, he was our waiter the first day and each day he made a point to say hello to us. He was very kind. We were so impressed! Thank you to everyone who waited on us. It was quite the well oiled machine! We never had to wait for anything, however we never felt rushed. 5 stars!!

They saved the day with the tastiest meal I've had in months, and the desert was fabulous. The beef just fell off the ribs, seasoned to perfection. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This grazing table was absolutely gorgeous! It was delicious, beautiful, and so well thought out and planned. Kendra was so fantastic to work with. So kind, helpful, knowledgable, and was up for a challenge!

Although they work strictly off donations they have a pretty clean facility.
Reason I'm here is I have a client who's x girlfriend stile his dog, moved to oregon then attempted to have the dog euthanized. ( that didn't work out the equalizer she thought it would. And Bill ended up at brightside. So we are enroute to Florida.
A fitting ending to a long route.
