I have had several groomers over the last decade who tout themselves including local businesses as being the best and winning awards. Never been impressed. Until my wife stumbled across these two women who take so much pride in putting forth the best work for your fur babies. They are patient and diligent with every trim. They laugh and have fun and enjoy the work they do which is so transparent in the work they put forth. Look no further than Dakota and Ivy. They love your fur babies possibly more than you and you’ll just have to live with that, but don’t worry as you hug and love on your fresh clean beautifully cut dogs you might come close. They pamper your pooches and share photos of the fun they are having. Forget every other groomer you have ever tried and use these women. Your dogs deserve the best. Give it to them.

We came here after another place in town (big box store) tried to tell us that my dog needed to “be sedated and shaved down by a vet” when we showed up to the appointment. I’ve been a groomer before and knew that wasn’t true- he just had some matting, which is why I needed the appointment so quickly. I called Bark Avenue instead, and they got me in the very next day (today) and she was so nice! She took great care of Kuzco. He looks awesome, and we already booked his next visit!

Black Diamond Equine Veterinary Clinic
4699 SW 43rd St, RedmondI have been bringing my herd here for years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. I greatly appreciate the knowledge, patience, compassion and practicality of all three of the veterinarians at this clinic. I personally don’t have a gold standard budget for my entire herd and I greatly appreciate that that is factored into my horses treatment plans. This clinic is after the care of your horse not the dollars in your pocket. I have felt bullied in the past at other equine clinics to do expensive procedures that aren’t necessary to treat the horse. No one at black diamond acts or operates this way. I highly value that the vets communicate with you during the exam and procedures so you can be aware of what’s going on with your horse. I have never liked dropping my horse off and having it be taken behind close doors. The team at black diamond is always upfront with everything they are doing with your horse while they are handling him. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I'm writing about an experience I had 20 minutes or so ago. I'm looking to board my cat so I can go on a river trip and couldn't find her vaccination record. I emailed Snip Central around 1940hrs and received a photo of the record in less than 10 minutes! That's a truly awesome turnaround!

Recently moved to oregon and have never boarded any of my furbabies as I always had family/friends stay with them. Being new to oregon I had to finally put that trust into someone for the care of my boys... I'm so thankful I chose Deschutes pet lodge and gave it a chance. My furbabies are so well taken care of. Deschutes team goes above and beyond. My furbabies can't get out of the car fast enough whenever we arrive.
Thank you to all the amazing staff for loving my boys and making my trips peaceful allowing me the peace of mind knowing they are in good hands. You are amazing !!! ❤️

The folks at Flash Dog and especially Rachel where responsive to my concerns and their communication excellent. We look forward to continuing our dogs skills ( and us!) in the coming years. If you are wavering about a board and train program you will not be disappointed in the results.

The best part is that my cat really likes her. The photos and videos Michelle sends me when I am away are very comforting to see that my cat is happy and well cared for.

8369 S Hwy 97, RedmondUnfortunately, our dog sitter fell through at the last minute, but luckily happy tales was able to accommodate our dog so we wouldn’t have to cancel our vacation. This was our first time leaving our dog with a pet resort and we couldn’t have had a better experience. When we picked her up, she was happy to see us, but you could tell that she was well taken care of. They allowed us to bring in any comfort items for her like blankets, bones, treats, etc. they took good notes on everything on how we give her treats how we feed her. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to board your dog.

Although they work strictly off donations they have a pretty clean facility.
Reason I'm here is I have a client who's x girlfriend stile his dog, moved to oregon then attempted to have the dog euthanized. ( that didn't work out the equalizer she thought it would. And Bill ended up at brightside. So we are enroute to Florida.
A fitting ending to a long route.
