“Not only were they flexible when I needed to move to a different size unit, they were understanding and super nice about it. The management was quick to respond and even bent over backwards a couple of times to make sure that I felt like I was being heard and got everything I needed. Even the off the wall request that had not been made before. If I had not had needed to move to a different city, and my life plans changed, I would have stayed as long as I possibly could! You will be missed Northwest self storage!”

“I have had a really great experience working with NW Self Storage. It was easy to book online. I love that the facility is always secured and I have a personalized gate code. The indoor units are clean and it's so nice for storing small items. I just shifted to a large unit that is also clean and easy to access. Andrea and the team at NW Self Storage are super helpful! Andrea specifically helped me size up and also worked with me when I got sick in the middle of moving my items to the new unit. Highly recommend!!!”

“Great for moving supplies boxes tapes bages and renting trucks. Depending on the day of the week its .99 - 1 39 per mile plus the 39.99 per day charge . So plan your trip and move well. Plenty of parking at this location. As for storage , you must get on a list . If you found this review to be helpful, please like it.! ????”

“I like dealing with Lisa she's understanding and helpful! She's easy to talk to and very caring about your needs. She tryst to get to the bottom. Of things if some thing happend or went wrong! I been there around 4 years and never had a problem, there prices are very reasonable. I use to love the hours they where open like really late I don't think they even had a closing time! Which worked out for me really good. But now they close at 9:00pm which sucks!! It don't work for my schedule ?!! I don't like dealing with the owner he's unfriendly and not understanding at all and at time disrespectful. But very rarely do you ever have to deal with him. Only with Lisa which at times made my day!!!”
“No room at the in when we tried to get in but.my parents have one so we are using theirs since we live by Godsey. Kind employees and kept very clean. Love this place.”

“I was moving my travel trailer from Canby to Salem & had to recruit family from the coast to help me. I was in an absolute panic when I got to my storage and realized I was a few feet from clearing the door which meant I needed to find a different place to store my trailer. I called Hwy 22 & spoke with Wendy. She had a spot available and stayed after hours to help me. Wendy saved me that night from a ton of hassle. I was ale to get in secure it and drop my it off. It made for a long day but without her it would have been much longer. Thank you Hwy 22 storage and a special thanks to Wendy!”
