“Micah was a pleasure coming out to do a first time install on my home. I want to put him on full blast, he has acceptional customer service and should be noticed for it. I was very frustrated waiting on dfn to be installed, it took about 3 years waiting until the permits were approved. All while I was attending college during covid. Micah changed my perception of this company.”

“I walked in today with and appointment and was keying it on on the kiosk when Paul invited me over before I was finished with filling out the form on the kiosk for my appointment. Paul was super friendly and made my day with a can do attitude. I have never received excellent service like that before. Paul went above and beyond what I usually receive. I have never received bad service there but Paul made my dad with his attitude which was awesome.”
“ok at first i thought i was going to loose my crap after two weeks and calling the insurance company about getting my phone replace assurant claims and them transferring me to india to the philippines 8-10 hours wasted on phone i didn't want to go back into store i was so upset words cannot explain that but they have a young man there EDWARD MCCURRY.............. THIS IS THE 4 TH PERSON YES 4TH person i had seen told him whole story that i have records that iam paying for insurance. because my claim was denied. and he asked for the phone number ive bin calling well sir its the one i was given hear to call.........WELL THATS THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER THATS FOR TEAM MOBIL NOT US CELL....HE apologized and i could maybe understand that. because its going from us cell to team Mobil he asked what was wrong and no shit 3-5 seconds he said you have something stuck in your phone little peace of wood little peace he saw it dug it out and i was fixed !!! i looked at the port and so did all the other guys you got problems talk this young man. thanks Edward. he changed my settings back. but i also gave the card back to him. The guy that gave me the wrong phone number. told him you can return it and explain it better coming from you and not me....and yes maybe at the time he didn't know but the store should of known of that”
