“I went here because I lost my phone. My debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and the likes are unusable. So I spent the whole day working with Red. He is extremely patient with me and patient to check my I.D. like a 100 times. I think it was around 7pm that the transaction was finally over, I can't even pay because I need the phone to pay. Mr. Red waived the fee and I am extraordinarily thankful at a fault. I almost cried out of desperation but Mr. RED assured me that I can finally go home with a phone using a GPS. I am exceedingly indebted to how you handle the situation. Merry Christmas to you and the other lady with the Grinch ugly sweatshirt. “Went here because my wife's apple watch would not work properly with her Maddie sat with us for about 45 minutes and got it all working properly. I'm not on AT&T but she explained everything I could do to join my wife plan, get a new better phone for free (because I own my phone outright), and save 30 bucks a month. Overall a very pleasant experience and Maddie was fantastic and patient. I highly recommend her. Have to get back on the AT&T part...”
