They helped me get a checking account open (so I can transfer the money), set me up for online banking, and get a debit card all within about a hour. They were both so helpful, accommodating, efficient, and informative! I can’t say enough how big of an asset to the Woodland Fibre Federal branch they both are.”

The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.”
