“I mostly buy gas here even though it's a little out of the way and always very busy.
Part of the reason is the price - it's usually very competitive and often cheaper than the loyalty discount prices at other gas stations. The other reason is the massive number of pumps and the fact that half of the pumps are dedicated for self-service and half for full service.
Oregonians still don't really understand how to pump gas - especially the older ones, so having a ton of full service pumps means boomers who spent the last 60+years never having to use a gas pump can get in those lines and stay out of the way if the rest of us.”

The quality is exactly the same as the pricer places like 76 in Keizer. They on average are always at the least always $0.25cents a gallon more. That's way too much of a difference to not notice!!!”

“Shell is a nice place. Has a convenience that has probably anything you'd want. It's clean and organized. The staff is friendly and courteous the girl at the counter was very nice. Plus they of course have gas. Priced high like everything is in Idaho. I recommend leaving Idaho. Anyway the store is ?.”

“This particular location is easy to access and rarely is there a line. Its also off the road aways, so you kind of have to know how to get there beforehand... I like coming here for that very reason.”
“Updated my rating to 4/5 now that they have self serve pumps and it doesn't take a million years to get gas. They usually only had a few attendants to service the entire place which was not enough and used to take forever to get in and out.”

“Really good gas station, has great and helpful employee's and tons of stuff you could need. Great selection of drinks and food, with gift cards, playcards, and play store credit cards all available. Can also buy lottery scratchers here, would recommend if your car is being thirsty. Bathrooms were very clean, all but for a couple of times. The redbox outside is helpful and the electric car charger is a nice edition. Good job jacksons!”

“I was blown away with how nice, clean, and well kept with place was! Staff was friendly too! I saw a sign on the wall said it was family owned. You can tell they really take good care of this place. Great to still see locally owned convenient stores/gas stations still!”
“I often stop here to get gas, as it's on the way to and from my work. They take Safeway points, which helps with the price. If I'm on the way home, I am sometimes too tired to move. They are quick at the pump, and fill it for me. Madison is right there and I don't have to wait or ask. The store is clean and well stocked, along with clean restrooms.”

While the other staff members were friendly and attentive, I did notice that the owner was not particularly welcoming, which slightly impacted the overall vibe.

Love the management seriously you all deserve raises with how personally and close you work with your employees and make them feel like people, family and friends.
Some of these reviews are old, and the hold they put on the pumps for cards is a little ridiculous but staff is more than willing to help with your services even though it's self serve, I just love this place”
