“Market Street in Salem. It's easy to get in. It's easy to get out. There is easy access to and from I-5. Prices are comparable to other places, but you can get a good discount if you use fuel points. Staff at this particular fuel center is not as friendly as at other ones, but it was very busy. Maybe they had had unpleasant customers.”

“Arco has always the best prices on gas.....
The quality is exactly the same as the pricer places like 76 in Keizer. They on average are always at the least always $0.25cents a gallon more. That's way too much of a difference to not notice!!!”

“Really good gas station, has great and helpful employee's and tons of stuff you could need. Great selection of drinks and food, with gift cards, playcards, and play store credit cards all available. Can also buy lottery scratchers here, would recommend if your car is being thirsty. Bathrooms were very clean, all but for a couple of times. The redbox outside is helpful and the electric car charger is a nice edition. Good job jacksons!”

“I had to pop down to my neighborhood 76 for a pop tart and smokes. Must admit I was dreading the short jaunt as it rainy and gloomy. Much to me delight. I encountered the cashier Miss Bella. A delightful, energetic ball of sunshine. Very nice and multi task talented. She seemed right in her element of providing expert customer service with magic. “I recently visited City Mart & TIME Gas Station, and it was a convenient stop for both fuel and quick shopping. The gas prices were competitive, making it a good choice for filling up.
Inside the mart, I found a decent selection of snacks, beverages, and basic grocery items. The store was clean and well-organized, which made browsing easy. While the other staff members were friendly and attentive, I did notice that the owner was not particularly welcoming, which slightly impacted the overall vibe.
One downside was that the variety of products could be limited compared to larger stores, but for a quick stop, it meets the basic needs. Overall, City Mart & TIME Gas Station is a reliable option for fuel and convenience, despite the mixed experience with the owner!”

“We had just come from a 76 station because I was having car trouble due to my alternator going out. The 76 station would not help me. The help consists of a battery jump, (of which I had the cables.) I was literally told.. "Go to another station,. We can't offer assistance. I came to ARCO, 1 block down and. Was in tears as I suffer from a dibilitating anxiety disorder. Your attendant immediately had me get my gas as she parked her vehicle in front of mine and as soon the gas cap was back on she gave my truck the jump start it needed to get me home. It may seem small to you but this woman helped me when I felt like melting down. I could feel myself losing my grip and the tears began to form... She felt it. I just cannot thank her enough for being a decent human let alone a1.HELL OF AN EMPLOYEE!”

“I want to complement Sam who was the gas attendant! She went above and beyond to right a wrong situation. When my gas tank accidentally overflowed as she was trying to set the nozzle at the beginning of the fill, she not only cleaned it up, but she gave me a refund for the spilled gas! Talk about GREAT customer service. I didn't ask for anything. She did the right thing on her own. Kudos Sam! It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there. Jackson's, Sam is an asset to your company and sets a great example for others to follow!!”

“I mostly buy gas here even though it's a little out of the way and always very busy.
Part of the reason is the price - it's usually very competitive and often cheaper than the loyalty discount prices at other gas stations. The other reason is the massive number of pumps and the fact that half of the pumps are dedicated for self-service and half for full service.
Oregonians still don't really understand how to pump gas - especially the older ones, so having a ton of full service pumps means boomers who spent the last 60+years never having to use a gas pump can get in those lines and stay out of the way if the rest of us.”
