I’m an Apple user, but my dad had an Android. His phone ended up getting a virus, and Isaias was so kind the first time I came in trying to help me fix it. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel dumb or rushed. At the time, I already had a feeling that phone wasn’t really safe for my dad anymore.
Not long after that, my dad had a stroke. Thankfully he had his phone with him, but because of the virus, it couldn’t even call out. That moment really hit me — I knew I needed to simplify things and make sure his phone would actually work when it mattered.
When I came back in, Isaias walked me through a really smart solution. He suggested I upgrade my own iPhone, add another line to my plan, and move my dad onto an iPhone too. It made everything easier — one plan, simple devices, less stress. He also helped me get an amazing deal, and I found out I could monitor fall risks and even get an Apple Watch through a promotion, which gave me so much peace of mind.
My phone update took forever (like… forever), and Isaias was incredibly patient the whole time. He’s one of those people who actually knows everything — Apple, Android, plans, promos — and explains it like a real human, not a salesperson.

“Ana was absolutely wonderful. We switched 2 lines to Verizon, she helped us every step of the way. So patient, kind and amazing. She made sure we left knowing everything we needed to know and had us set up for everything, good to go. 2 days later we received a text of an upcoming amount due that was outrageously high and nothing we expected. Went to the store to discuss, without hesitation Ana jumped right out of her chair while helping others to make sure we were taken care of. She spent a lot of time with Customer service to resolve the issues and made sure we walked out the door, once again, satisfied. She stayed past her time scheduled to make sure her customers are taken care of. She is a blessing to the customer service world as she sincerely cares for her people. She is great at what she does. He explained everything about the new phone, the ordering and shipping process, and how the trade in works. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase anything extra, but he still made me aware of sales and deals going on. Honestly, a 10/10 experience the entire way through! The other worker, she was also an absolute sweetheart, warm and conversational. I feel terrible I can't recall her name, I believe it began with a 'K'.
