“I don't get many opportunities these days for a positive review but I have to say the people particularly Shiloh(Manager) that runs this place runs a really tight ship and takes great care to make sure that the place is safe and operating properly. It's not often that somebody puts so much care into the job they do in the way that she does and I would definitely rent here again. 5 starts isn't even close. I highly recommend this place. Great pricing and service for sure. By far my best storage situation.”

I moved out of Public storage after only being there since the 3rd of October but I felt they used bait and switch didn't get the $1.00 move in I was promised and was as the police described it " theft by deception" when they signed me up for AutoPay without my knowledge and I knew I was not in a place that was honest or safe and secure after they charged me a $50.00 deposit and said they didn't. It was on the contract when I finally got the contract. You proved they didn't need to do all that. You WERE HONEST and disclosed EVERYTHING. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work!!!!”

I’ve had my 10x20 unit for about two years. I’ve also had 4 other units from 5x5 to 10x30 here over the years. I first found them because they gave me the cheapest quote for a 10x10 with temperature control & lighting. I’ve been customer ever since. Primarily have been helped by Tina over the years, who is always a pleasure to work with! She’s great at her job, and so kind! More recently I’ve been dealing with Liz, and she was extremely helpful in getting a new unit started, and with closing 2 of my units in an efficient manner.
I am moving out of state, but I will recommend all of my salem friends to use you guys whenever they mention needing storage! Thank you so much! ????”

“Audrey the manager is such a sweetheart. Bowls of candy greet me in the office to sweeten my disposition. Her kindness and professionalism are so refreshing. The hours of operation are very generous. 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. wow what a luxury. The inside units are climate-controlled and very well maintained. Audrey is everybody's sweetheart. What a lovely person. I rate this place five stars and highly recommend this facility.”

“Outstanding service! The owners LIVE on site and personally respond immediately with any security concerns, not just looking at a security camera. We rent two spaces and it’s very reasonable. My daughter accidentally dropped her keys while leaving on a 3 week trip. The owners notified us immediately and kept her keys safe until we returned. I got sick with COVID and neglected to get an appointment for winterization. The owner helped me put 3 gallons of rv antifreeze in and it kept my new camper from having any plumbing problems from frozen pipes. I just can’t recommend them enough.”
