“Ryan at Sandy Safeway is an exceptional employee. He heard me telling the help desk I had locked myself out of my car with my purse and cell phone in it and he promptly found the number for Triple A and let me use his phone to call AAA to come and unlock my car. He went over and above what I expected!

“All the staples, plenty impulse buys, cold drinks and local wine, fresh produce at least the day we passed through, and seasonal clothing, plus plenty of Tillamook dairy, some of which was on sale. Even a few camping goods are here! Who doesn't love Fred Meyer? The staff have been helpful on the floor, and friendly behind the register. Our RV fit in the back of the parking lot just fine. Being able to use a Kroger value card was a bonus for out of town us, and maybe you too, and beware, you might start measuring your travels looking for the next Fred Meyer.”
“Tammy (spelling?) at the Bakery is a literal gem. I had to do a last minute cupcake + cake order (within 24 hours) and she was SO sweet in explaining all the things AND I didn't need the cake for 48 hours, but she said she could have it done the next day with the cupcakes! Even gave me a solid 411 on the deals happening on bakery goods.
I honestly love this Freddy's and the customer service provided, but my Lanta- she went the extra mile.

“Taylor went above and beyond to fulfill an unusual request. My mother was shopping at this location, however, she had forgotten her phone in the vehicle. In an attempt to ensure she picked up a forgotten item on the menu for tonight‘s dinner, I called the store. The manager was the one who made an effort to page my mother to the front of the store, despite their phone not being meant for public usage. I’m very grateful that Taylor tried to help me! I feel this to be an exemplary display of prioritizing customer needs.”
