“Oliva, Karen and Carrisa all have been so wonderful to work with! Everyone at this branch has been very kind and goes out of their way to help us. We had a heck of a time trying to close some loopholes with my late father in-laws estate and they have been extremely helpful in doing this. I had to call a month later and Oliva always remembers us and is so sweet and helpful. We are now going to change from our current bank (who has been so frustrating to work with on many levels!) to US bank because we feel valued and welcome here. =)”
“I’ve been a Key Bank customer for about 30 years…
They have consistently provided excellent customer service and useful products…most notably their banking app…I pay all my bills through it and love getting my “paycheck “ 2 days early.
Now I noticed a new feature in the look of my transactions…the payees logo!!!

“I had a banking problem that, admittedly, was my fault. However, I still needed help! I called the general 800 number for help and the people I talked to were exceptionally UNhelpful. It felt like they weren't hearing or even trying to understand what I said to them and they gave me a bunch of conflicting advice. I decided to try and call my local branch instead (this one in Sherwood) and I was referred to someone named Megan who went above and beyond to help solve my problem. I probably wouldn't give Chase as a whole 5 stars but this one (specifically thanks to Megan) earned 5 stars from me!”
