“I went in a few days after the start of the year toward the end of the business day not quite knowing what I was after, and Sean Linn was there. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable are three words I would use when describing Sean, and he didn't bat an eye when I ended up staying an hour past close on the first visit.
The next evening I made it about 45 min before closing, again Sean did stay past close to help and step me through financing and explain the process for delivery, how the base worked, etc.
Helpful and friendly, local oregon business, good sized location with many options to look at and try, what is not to like?

It was delived to my home and set up by two competent installers. They were clean, polite and did a very nice job attaching my bed to the wall. The craftsmanship of the bed is solid, real wood with several finishes to choose from. Upon my request, Keith provided me a piece of wood with the stain I had pick for my bed so I'm able to match other furnishings to go with my bed. He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. “I don't have an issue with "Tualatin", but rather an issue with a Tualatin sleep product warranty.purchase/issue that was made from a Chehalis "Phyl's" store. The entire purchase process was done over the phone, knowing Phyl's customer service, we felt comfortable with ordering sight unseen and paid by cash at my residence. It was delivered to my home and set up. About two weeks ago, I noticed something poking /scratching my leg each time I got in and out of bed, further examination found a broken spring protruding through the mattress side. I phoned the Chehalis store, and was told that I needed to bring the mattress in and then it would be shipped to the factory and then the determination would be made as to: replace or repair the item. I explained to the clerk, that this was not acceptable, my wife and I are both disabled, that is why we did not go to the store for this purchase, we instead had it delivered to our home and then paid for it in cash. My wife called the store later and asked what we were exprcted to do in the meantime while the repair/replace of the unit was decided/completed. She was told that we could use an air matress/bed in its place. I don't think so! We chose Phyl's over Sleep Country because of the customer service. At least when we had a warranty claim with Sleep Country, they dispatched a crew to our home with a new mattress in hand and took the defective one back to the factory to repair/refurbish. We had a new mattress in the home before the defective mattress was hauled away. That is all we ask from Phyl's, bring out a new mattress and then the store could handle the defective return. I hope it can be accomplished before this spring does anymore damage to self, cover or the fitted sheets. My order number is: 116332 on a "Tualatin Sleep Product Englander 6206 King Mat Victoria/Preakness", the frame and boxspring units are fine, we just need the mattress replaced. We have been pleasd with your product thus far and hope you as the factory, can resolve this warranty issue. Thank You for any assistance you can provide. “I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! Ceasar and Wendy are pretty great as well!”

The handle could not be attached because of the stripped threads where the handle is attached to the fastener and secured by the set screw. Now waiting to hear if the part is available or if the freezer will have to be returned.”
