“My husband and I got all the help we needed and then some with our mattress buying experience. I don't look it on the surface, but I have severe spinal degeneration and a litany of other problems that make mattress buying a nightmare. I was so stressed out and overwhelmed with options-- I honestly don't even remember how I found myself at a mattress firm, but thank goodness I did.Nate was so understanding of my injuries and patient with my endless anxious questions for literal hours while we bellyached over which bed to buy. The one we ended up buying (back in July) didn't work out. I had slept on it for 90 days to give it a really fair shake, but I was having trouble staying asleep and getting the support I needed. It was a really great quality mattress and there were things I really liked about it, but it just wasn't working. I was back to being stressed out over my uncooperative body, but Nate was there again to say "I gotchu."We went back to the drawing board and found another mattress that I had never even heard of, but it came with Nate's personal recommendation and I knew I could trust it. We've only had it for 4 days at this point, but for the first time in months, I'm sleeping through the night and don't feel like I'm going to fall asleep at work. Worth its weight in gold! And for someone like me who can't just go pick out the most comfortable mattress in the store because of my medical needs, and who is working class and doesn't have money to burn on the wrong mattress, it made all the difference in the world to have someone who understood and took seriously all of my needs. (I'm so envious of the people who can say "whatever, just throw it in the guest room," or "I didn't like this mattress, give it to cousin Jimmy.")Nate is honest to a fault, an unfortunate rarity in this world that needs to be acknowledged and celebrated. I would say we'll definitely be back, but I know we're not going to need a new bed for a long time. Maybe if I ever need a new pillow or some nice sheets, I know where I'll be going.”

He was so patient taking us literally all over the store helping us find the right mattresses and adjustable frames. He made calls to other stores, he answered every question we had, and did all he could to make this important decision easier for us to tackle! It’s never easy or cheap to invest in the right bed, but we were doing a split king so he had twice the challenges! He’s amazing. “I don't have an issue with "Tualatin", but rather an issue with a Tualatin sleep product warranty.purchase/issue that was made from a Chehalis "Phyl's" store. The entire purchase process was done over the phone, knowing Phyl's customer service, we felt comfortable with ordering sight unseen and paid by cash at my residence. It was delivered to my home and set up. About two weeks ago, I noticed something poking /scratching my leg each time I got in and out of bed, further examination found a broken spring protruding through the mattress side. I phoned the Chehalis store, and was told that I needed to bring the mattress in and then it would be shipped to the factory and then the determination would be made as to: replace or repair the item. I explained to the clerk, that this was not acceptable, my wife and I are both disabled, that is why we did not go to the store for this purchase, we instead had it delivered to our home and then paid for it in cash. My wife called the store later and asked what we were exprcted to do in the meantime while the repair/replace of the unit was decided/completed. She was told that we could use an air matress/bed in its place. I don't think so! We chose Phyl's over Sleep Country because of the customer service. At least when we had a warranty claim with Sleep Country, they dispatched a crew to our home with a new mattress in hand and took the defective one back to the factory to repair/refurbish. We had a new mattress in the home before the defective mattress was hauled away. That is all we ask from Phyl's, bring out a new mattress and then the store could handle the defective return. I hope it can be accomplished before this spring does anymore damage to self, cover or the fitted sheets. My order number is: 116332 on a "Tualatin Sleep Product Englander 6206 King Mat Victoria/Preakness", the frame and boxspring units are fine, we just need the mattress replaced. We have been pleasd with your product thus far and hope you as the factory, can resolve this warranty issue. Thank You for any assistance you can provide.
