“5 star experience for my daughter’s FIRST SKATEBOARD! Devon was fantastic. 10/10 dude. It was late & he stayed past closing to help us. A lot of great information and got to commiserate over the good ol’ days of the 90’s. Educated us on the board & fully assembled it for us (very knowledgeable, very patient, very friendly and not in a weird way). Even gave my kid a free lesson at the end! “I recently had my wedding in August but started the whole suit shopping process back in December 2023.
Wanted to do a custom suit for myself and my groomsmen, as it was a gift from me to them for all their support over the years.
As stressful as wedding planning goes, this was another thing that could be dreadful. My process wasn’t necessarily the easiest, but that was no fault to the Washington Square Indochino.
As I wanted a specific fabric, they told me to wait to see if it restocked, but they had no way of knowing if or when it would be back. I came back once a month to check, and come April, I started to get nervous and really force myself to come to the conclusion that the fabric wasn’t coming back anytime soon.
As I started the process, I was helped by Kaitlyn who made the already unpleasant experience much better. Guidingn me thru multiple different fabrics and making sure it was available, I had picked one. After measurements and the suit made, it got shipped. It ended up being way too transparent (like you could see EVERYTHING), I was again distraught and panicking. I emailed Kaitlyn and expressed my concerns. She was so helpful and said to bring the suit back and she would take care of it for me since she knew how much trouble I was going through and did everything she could to make my experience any better. She ended up allowing me to chose a whole different fabric and would make the all the suits again at no cost.
The new suit turned out everything I could’ve hoped for (ended up loving this much more than the original fabric I was waiting on). It was an amazing quality suit and even the groomsmen were impressed by it.

I had a custom suit designed and tailored to my specifications, size and shape for an upcoming wedding.
I experienced some frustrations specifically with regard to the time I was told it would take versus the time it actually took. However, my dress shirt, trousers and jacket were all overnighted to my destination just in time for the wedding in a state that was perfectly acceptable for the occasion.
Minor finishing touches (functional sleeve buttons) and alterations were needed after the fact but the slight imperfections were not something one would notice without a closer inspection.
In the end, they were very dedicated to ensuring that I was accommodated for the minor error and that I exited the process very happy and ultimately they accomplished this.
My only advice is that best practice includes leaving just a little extra breathing room to account for any complications that may turn up during the tailoring process. We are all only human, after all.
I am happy with the outcome and I will be doing business with them again in the future. Well done to the both of you.

“I'm posting this not as somebody who has visited the store but as somebody who has received customer service over the phone.
I was looking for a pair of pants and I've been having problems finding pants in my size so I called this store. I made this call between 1:40 to 1:45 PST today Wednesday.
Because of the customer service that I received on the phone I will be visiting the store. The agent or representative that I spoke to from the store was extremely positive, upbeat and helpful.
I explained to her that I've been losing weight and that I don't normally buy clothes at this size because I'm not going to be this size forever. I did this because I'm used to having or hearing judgment in people's voices.
I did not get any hint of judgment from this representative. Like I said she was super positive and helpful.
This is exactly the type of people I love dealing with. So whoever her boss is should really promote her next time promotions come up.

Will was an absolute delight and was able to expertly fit me with a shirt size that, for the first time in my life, fits like a glove. The store did not have the exact design I wanted, but he managed to locate it elsewhere and have it shipped out to me, even though it was discontinued. “My boyfriend and I have stopped by a few times while browsing Washington Square Mall and had a good experience here. They had a good selection of equipment and clothing from which to choose. I like the quality of the jackets and footwear; however, all of it can be a bit pricey. There are more affordable options hidden in the store, though, and if you're lucky, you can stumble across a sale. First time I was here, I ended up really eyeing some booties they had. Unfortunately, they did not have my size of the color I wanted in stock at store. The sales associate was pretty friendly and informed me that I could get the shoes in a couple days by ordering through the store's iPad and she could get me free two-day shipping for the same price, which I did. My boots came in three days, but they're so worth it, they're comfortable and I'll be walking around town in them for sure. I came back to get my partner the same boots for Christmas a couple of months later and they let me go through the same process.”
