“Fabian was extremely helpful. They were behind on tailoring (to not fault of their own. One of the tailors got sick) and I had to leave for a wedding two days after I was supposed to pick up my suit. I came into the store and talked with Fabian and he was able to help me with my specific situation and get my my suit on time. If you visit, ask for Fabian! Extremely knowledgable and friendly.”

I was looking for a pair of pants and I've been having problems finding pants in my size so I called this store. I made this call between 1:40 to 1:45 PST today Wednesday.
Because of the customer service that I received on the phone I will be visiting the store. The agent or representative that I spoke to from the store was extremely positive, upbeat and helpful.
I explained to her that I've been losing weight and that I don't normally buy clothes at this size because I'm not going to be this size forever. I did this because I'm used to having or hearing judgment in people's voices.
I did not get any hint of judgment from this representative. Like I said she was super positive and helpful.
This is exactly the type of people I love dealing with. So whoever her boss is should really promote her next time promotions come up.

“Participated in the fly fishing 101 class today and had fun learning how to cast, the difference between lines, types of lures, and overall neat tips and tricks to make fishing of all types easier. The class was free and there is a fly fishing 201 that I am excited for. Chris and Brian were kind and knowledgeable- couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“I used to go to We Custom in Washington square Mall. They were okay, a bit pricey and were limited in what they could do. Then I found Teasers. I believe I've had over half a dozen shirts made now and every time they turn out perfect and in a timely manner. Steve is my t-shirt hero and I'll never go anywhere else.”

“I didn't know this company had physical locations, so I walked in today only expecting to be there for 30 seconds to check it out. Will greeted me and was beyond friendly and helpful with my picky needs. Alicia stepped in when it was time for Will to go to lunch and took her time showing me options for what I needed and giving helpful and honest feedback.
Shopping for clothes is probably my least favorite thing to do, but the level of service I got was totally unexpected. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but I'm super happy with what I got and will be coming back. Thank you Will and Alicia for a great experience!”

“Absolutely love TJ Maxx. This is one of my favorite places to shop. It can be very hit or miss finding clothes for myself and my 5 year old.
I feel like they either have alot of awesome finds or literally nothing at all. The cedar hills location is decent but not a very big store and most of the employees are not very friendly. If you ask how their day is they say fine, They dont reciprocate the gesture. Nobody was very friendly.
Also the fact the shop lifting is such a problem at TJ stores and they do nothing is frustrating. The prices go up to recover lost profit but they do nothing to help the problem. I witnessed shop lifters and called the police and they wouldn't press charges. Super frustrating.”

I left and returned few days later which was today he remembered welcomed me found the shoe and I made a purchase friendly and professional!
