I am from out of town and my phone has not been working for two days. I really wish Verizon had more Employees like Trey. He is very helpful and a very pleasant person to just talk too. I have been searching for a phone case.
My first time in a Cricket store. I stopped in to find a new phone case for my old iPhone. I was greeted by a friendly crew. When I asked for a new case, there were no rolling eyes or less than helpful remarks — just an enthusiastic “yes, let’s see what we have”. Great new case and glass for my old phone. Awesome experience!
