“In my area we had pharmacies that were closing when we had COVID. I had used other pharmacies before that. I was having two pharmacy shop during that time as some of the pharmacies could not get my medication. I have always been able to get my medication when I need it, usually a week or so before it is needed. I really like that when it is time for a refill that they text and let me know. That is very convenient and I like the fact that I don't have to try to figure out when I should order medication. I am also a Costco member.”

“I went into the pharmacy this morning and made sure I was the first one there because I’m in pain and I’m eager to begin my treatment with my prescriptions. The tech behind the desk, named Kee, was not only rude and condescending to me, but also to the customer behind me and seemed to be giving the pharmacist, Tony, a hard time as well. She was upset that I was there as soon as they opened and I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was thankful for the service. I’ve never left a review before, so seriously “Kee” needs to brush up on their customer service skills. I don’t know why Kee had such an attitude first thing in the morning… I waited patiently got my prescriptions, the pharmacist went over them with me and I went on about my day. I love that Pharmacy and the pharmacist, Tony, is so knowledgeable and helpful and always has been. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 20 years now and never had an experience like this. “I just called the Division location about a prescription that was in dire need of, but they wouldn't be able to fill it until next Monday at the earliest. The Tech I spoke to, Katy, went out of her way to relieve all my anxiety by explaining what she could do on her end and what I needed to do on my end in order to pick up my prescription in only a couple of hours, at the Springfield location. I'm super grateful for the whole team at the Santa Clara pharmacy for always being so kind, caring and helpful. They truly go above and beyond.”

“After experiencing all pharmacy services in the area (with the exception of Walmart), I've settled on Walgreens. Without naming names, my previous provider was over charging Medicare and I thought that was grossly inappropriate. This company really does an excellent job. Their employees are working their butts off, managing an overwhelming workload with efficiency and a smile. This recommendation is coming from a retired pharmacist that knows the ropes.”

“The associates are always friendly, polite, courteous and kind. I would love to recognize them all. Alas, I forget names. The pharmacy is open till 6pm m-f only. The best way to reach the team is to go in person as the phone tree is frustrating and the app and website send inaccurate info sometimes. I do think the average prices are a bit higher than is necessary. The corporate office decides pricing and the associates have no authority over pricing. I like the convenience of this location. “I am traveling in a camper and needed my prescription refilled. And had to wait until I arrived in the USA from Canada. Called yesterday n spoke to pharmacist on calling my pharmacy out of state. Then I called this morning to see how my request could be processed promptly. This pharmacist said that it could take up to 24 hrs. In 2 hrs, I received my text indicating my prescription has been filled. I am back on the road with my camper THANK YOU SO MUCH. - Sandra”
