“Well today we went in to go pick out the toy for my daughter she's birthday was today. And overall we had a good experience they even wished her happy birthday over the intercom. I'm very friendly staff and I found out you didn't need a membership to go so over all good.”

“A Dependable Pharmacy (aka Stayton Pharmacy) who has always done a great job for me (us). From phoning in prescriptions to picking them up, the whole system is simple for a customer. Always friendly, eager to help and answer my questions. Occasionally, the drive-through can be busy but that can often be attributed to the fact that no one is willing to park and go in - lol.”

“The pharmacy staff is rude, slow and need s class in public relations. My wife was treated poorly when they shut down for lunch. Not a fan of the stayton store and will never shop there”

“This pharmacy seems to be improving overall. I have certain prescriptions that I prefer to pick up from this pharmacy due to their availability. The staff is generally friendly, and they are willing to answer any questions I have. I do wish that they would open both registers when the line gets long.”

“Customers need to give Walgreens and other pharmacy staff a break. They are understaffed and over worked. The company, not the staff are to blame. I find the staff at Stayton Bi Mart Walgreens to be very considerate (more than some customers) and work hard to meet the needs of customers. So maybe go a little easier on them. Write letters or emails to the head quarter office and tell them the issues. Maybe they will take staff and customer complaints seriously.”
