“The most authentic food from Michoacán in the area. They have a good variety of Mexican and Central American groceries and other items like cups, bags, candies, meats, vegetables/fruits (not very fresh), bread, ice cream, chips, etc. but the highlight of this store is their freshly made food. Omg! The corn tamales, the tacos, the enchiladas!! Wow I could probably eat those enchiladas every single day. Never had I tried better enchiladas at any place in the US. The lady asked what I wanted in my enchiladas and went to the kitchen to make them right in front of me, she smothered the enchiladas with lettuce cream and cheese on top added 2 pieces of fried chicken and potatoes and carrots. My husband loves their tacos de buche and suadero with everything on it. Don’t make me say more, go try their food on the weekends!”
“My mother and I walked in just to use the restroom and maybe get a crunchy snack to stay awake on the road. I stayed in the car at first and then my mother ran out after using the restroom. After opening the door she said, "Their bathroom is super clean!" So we both walked in together. It was true! The whole store was very neat and inviting; not to mention the amazing customer service. The man working that night was super kind. His eyes expressed joy and a genuineness that is hard to come by with customer service. Especially at a gas station convenience store. This location is added to my favorites!”

“Awesome, amazing and above and beyond are the words to describe Lalanie at this 711 location. Super friendly, always has a smile on her face and will always have a cute joke to share which brightens my day. I've been frequently asked if i need any help, remembers my order and gets it ready before I even get to the counter. She is great at informing me or any weekly specials and reminds me to enter my reward number to obtain points towards free merchandise.needless to say I am blown away by her customer service and special care for everyone. “the store is very convenient and the cashier is usually very very nice. unfortunately it decides to sometimes close at 2:00 a.m. until like 6:00 a.m. sometimes it'll let people in in between that they favor ties on that I wish I had a steady hours of what time it stays open and close because on the website here it says 24/7 well two to four or two to six is not 24/7 so the inconsistency is pretty bad”

Can we please make this wonderful woman at manager and give her a raise?”

“This place has really been stepping up their game lately. I've been getting my meds here since I've lived in the area for 7 years. Amanda's been around for a while and she is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There's a new pharmacist who takes a lot of initiative. The previous lady has been pretty on it, as well. I need a certain generic brand that became hard to come by, so the pharmacist only filled half of my prescribed amount, so we could check for my preferred generic in a few weeks. I didn't ask for this but it makes so much sense and I app then doing it.”
“I recently went to the Rite Aid in King City off Durham Rd., Tigard. I found the pharmacist and the other people working in the pharmacy to be extremely helpful and pleasant. It was my first time using that pharmacy and I was very impressed! Plus the entire store feels neat, clean, and well-organized. The cashier greets people as they walk in. I was asked in a review if I was greeting in a "caring" way. I'd be surprised if I was and I'm just happy to have my existence acknowledged. It's a smart practice to let customers know you're aware they're in the store. Asking them to sound Caring while they are ringing up sales is a bit much. The woman did sound friendly and that was more important to me.”
“Im giving 4 stars and here is why. I’ve been to this pharmacy many times and I haven’t had any problems because I’ve walked in. I know they are severely short staffed. This is not their fault. I called the pharmacy and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. This is the new normal. So I called and the guy at the front desk told me they were open and that I could stop in. I thanked him for going to check because it’s not his job to leave the register. I called several times and they still wouldn’t pick up in the pharmacy, so I called back and spoke to manager Chris. He went back to the pharmacy and had them pick up the phone. I didn’t want to drive 10 miles round-trip to find out if a prescription was filled or even if they got it. Sure enough it was not filled, but they did receive it. It’s too late for me to come out tonight because the prescription is for my eyes. So I can wait till tomorrow. I really appreciate the team effort between the cashier and the supervisor and even the pharmacist who was very friendly when she answered. I’m very patient. But what people don’t understand is that some people can’t just get in their car and come over to check on things. And even though this situation was figured out for me, I’m leaving four stars because I had a bad experience with the Covid booster shot in 2021. The man who gave it to me said, “oops”. Now I’m a former phlebotomist so needles don’t bother me. He told me he stuck it too far in, and I just brushed it off. But he had to have done something wrong, because I ended up in emergency the next day. The ambulance had to come through my window to get me. I’ll never know if he gave me too much of the medicine, or the wrong one. But I’ve been paying for it ever since. Is this the fault of the pharmacist or the vaccine? I don’t know. But even with this I will say that I’m going to stand by my Rite Aid, as there are worse alternatives out there like Walgreens.”
