It was my first time coming here to get my phone upgraded. I didn't realize that you can book an appointment, so I just walked in and had two folks ahead of me. I ended up waiting only 1 minute before being approached by Benjamin.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me upgrade my iphone 13 pro to a iphone 17 pro. I've had this phone for 7 years. He looked up my plan and customized my order to what I wanted (silver, 512gb, keep my old phone). He looked up any promos and ways to bring down my total monthly bill. He had me sign some papers electronically, and I was out the door within 40 minutes. I synced my phone myself at home. The whole process was about an hour.
The store is bright and clean. Lots of clerks available to help. I will come here if I need any assistance. Thanks, Benjamin!”

“The Apple Store has a different vibe than any other shop you happen to walk into.
It feels more like a coffee shop than a techie hangout because there is a casual air about the place.
We were there to get the wife’s baby in for a look. She has a few laptops and workstations to choose from but her favorite was giving her some display issues.
I am an IT guy by trade so I know IT and happened to have specialized in Break and Fix for Dell laptops. The experience at Apple vs Dell? There really is no comparison!
Dell sucks to put it mildly in my expert opinion. Their quality of product, service, and support pale in comparison. Apple shines in every category except price. A perfect example of getting what you pay for! Our issue was covered under warranty (even though the laptop is around 2 years old). The fix cost us nothing but our time and my wife is now whole again!
The entire experience was a joy, not a hassle, one of the many, MANY things Apple is doing right! Thinking about going there just to hang out next time. See you there!”

“This is definitely my the most favorite 7-Eleven not only is the customer service grade A but the customers all know the employees and the employees all know the customers it's a good feeling to go in and see somebody you recognize all the time rather than somebody knew that you don't really have any clue about I enjoy seeing the employees here they're all great really cool people and always there to help and crack a joke or two to enhance the mood or even just casual conversation I love these people they are awesome and never done me wrong and I will say this they do a good job of always having a solid attitude the whole time their job a lot of jobs people show their tiredness heavy eyes and that they just can't take it anymore I mean I see that every day at stores the hours of these people work and maintaining a good and respectful manner is priceless you guys are always there to crack a smile and the women are always there to make you laugh I love this place”

Jorge and Co are absolutely amazing! They kindly helped me with everyone of my calls for updates on Magic Card releases(it was a lot).
I’ve been to this location for Pokemon releases and can see how busy they get(even doing releases with one employee!) and still manage to be extremely helpful and kind!

“This is an amazing 7 11 store. The best one in Tigard. The manager vinki is very respectful and friendly. If they're out of something he will make sure they have it in stock. He always goes out of his way and above and beyond his job duties to make sure his customers leave happy. The night shift guy with the glasses is super cool too. Also the lady that sometimes works this location and greenberg is an amazing employee too. Thank you for great customer service!”

Avery, Javari, and especially Jeremy have been SO SO helpful. I love this team here. Also, every time I come Lily is just so kind to me. I’m grateful for these people. It’s been a particularly rough day and they made it better. 10/10 recommend.”

“Braden the store manager, gave me an amazing experience. He even showed me photos of this amazing banana tree that he grew him self. Him and his team are all well trained, not only are they super heros when it came to helping me with T-mobile stuff, but his team kept me entertained during my long visit. Almost as if I was at a circus, I was laughing and having a great time. If I could give them 100 stars I would.”
