“David was extremely helpful. I had an issue on the phone with Customer Service and David sat with me for an hour trying to figure out the issue. He helped me resolved it while being extremely patient and kind. If you come to this store, please ask for him!”

I’m surprised this location only has 3.5 stars. A lot of the negative reviews seem directed at Xfinity as a company rather than the employees in this store who are actually trying to help.

“Braden the store manager, gave me an amazing experience. He even showed me photos of this amazing banana tree that he grew him self. Him and his team are all well trained, not only are they super heros when it came to helping me with T-mobile stuff, but his team kept me entertained during my long visit. Almost as if I was at a circus, I was laughing and having a great time. If I could give them 100 stars I would.”
