“I want to express extra thanks and share how great of a job Collin Steiner did getting some of the confusion I had with on my account. I walked out a very consent and happy customer. Completely the opposite of what I walked in and I would highly recommend his service if you're looking for someone to work with. 66 years old and some of the best customer service I've had in years. Thank you!!”

“Braden the store manager, gave me an amazing experience. He even showed me photos of this amazing banana tree that he grew him self. Him and his team are all well trained, not only are they super heros when it came to helping me with T-mobile stuff, but his team kept me entertained during my long visit. Almost as if I was at a circus, I was laughing and having a great time. If I could give them 100 stars I would.”

“They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues.”

“Roberly and the Apple store at Washington Square saved my Apple experience. I had 2 back to back very disappointing experiences with an Apple online order and delivery, and at the Apple Store in Bridgeport. I was connected with Roberly at the Washington Square Apple Store and she took simple but effective steps to get me taken care of and provide me with the experience I needed. Thank you Roberly!”

“I didn’t use this office to setup my service. I called a live agent. Their customer support was so excellent I had to find a place to leave my review. The agents were patient, kind and professional. My intake agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. My eSim agent was phenomenal! She walked me through every step of the transfer process. Even when I got frustrated with my devices, she remained calm and reassured me that I could successfully perform the transfer. She was so right. The process worked like a charm. I was impressed by the prices and coverage. I should have did this years ago. Top notch customer care. I felt like family. Kudos all around. Judge less and love more. Peace.”
