Within 30 minutes, she had walked us through multiple plan scenarios and even pulled out her own calculator to carefully compare feature differences and pricing. Thanks to her attention to detail, we were able to keep the exact same plan but actually lower our monthly cost based on how she structured the options.

“My Mom has an AT&T plan and her phone couldn't send texts. It was either the SIM card or the phone. Arman helped us and quickly identified the issue as a worn SIM Card. That took care of the issue, and allows her to take some time when choosing a new phone. It was my first time coming here to get my phone upgraded. I didn't realize that you can book an appointment, so I just walked in and had two folks ahead of me. I ended up waiting only 1 minute before being approached by Benjamin.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me upgrade my iphone 13 pro to a iphone 17 pro. I've had this phone for 7 years. He looked up my plan and customized my order to what I wanted (silver, 512gb, keep my old phone). He looked up any promos and ways to bring down my total monthly bill. He had me sign some papers electronically, and I was out the door within 40 minutes. I synced my phone myself at home. The whole process was about an hour.
The store is bright and clean. Lots of clerks available to help. I will come here if I need any assistance. Thanks, Benjamin!”
