“I used to be a PO Box customer here and would still be if I lived closer to here again. It seems that the ownership has changed, and now it is an even better store than it was some 10 years ago, certainly cleaner and more friendly. It is still more expensive for me to ship a large box from here compared to shipping by USPS, but that is way better than not being able to ship the box at all on a Sunday when all the USPS branches are closed, and shipping such a large box is not possible or permitted without getting counter service, i.e. I can't just use the USPS self-service kiosks to ship the box all by myself (and the box had to be shipped today since I myself will be on an airplane within hours). Having some decent Sunday open hours totally saved the day for me, so I am very pleased to come back here after so many years and receive prompt and capable service.”

“I needed to get fingerprinted for the criminal background check required so I could volunteer in my granddaughter's preschool. PostNet in Tigard does these, is near me and has parking. I had an appointment today with Kelly and she was awesome. I was stressed because I thought I would be late for my appointment, but she reassured me saying she would have waited for me! My map indicated that PostNet is on the second right hand street after the Fred Meyer entrance, but that was just a driveway, so I mistakenly took 74th Ave just beyond it, which is one-way. I parked in a restaurant lot and rechecked the map. Since it was only 3 minutes on foot (same as driving), I walked there. PostNet is next to the Fred Meyer Garden Center, so if you go, and I recommend it as they are super nice, don't stress as I did or listen to your map - just drive into the entrance to Fred Meyer and turn left at the Garden Center.”
