“My package from the US arrived in the UK today and everything was wrapped securely and in perfect condition. Mike kept me updated every step of the way and even recommended the cheapest and best international shipping option for my orders. Their prices are the most reasonable around, and the customer service is from an actual human being(!!), not someone reading from a script or an AI chatbot. I’ll definitely be using ISC again, and I can confidently recommend them to anyone considering their services.”

“It's inside of Office Depot. They should have just said that. The number on the front, 180, is not the street address, but some kind of suite number for the complex. Confusing.”

“I needed to have a document printed off my phone and notarized. Prabhakar was very kind and helpful and let me know that if I could wait 10 minutes, his co-worker would be back to be a witness. That was extremely helpful for me! Sita came back in and everything was handled. I am so impressed with the level of service I received from these two gentlemen. Thank you so much, you made my day! Janice”

“ACI is primarily a shipping aggregator/re-shipper; people in Korea but items in the US (say, from ebay or Amazon), have the item shipped to ACI, which in turns ships to the customer in Korea. I manufacturer a product and have used ACI twice to ship to retailers in Korea. ACI is a bustling hive of activity, the manager (Dorothy) speaks English and is very helpful, the shipping is fast, and it's a lot less expensive than using USPS international. The package I shipped today cost $82 versus $212 the last time I shipped a similar package using USPS. And the package will be at the Korean Airport in one day versus about a week with USPS. I have been happy both times I have used them. Kudos especially to the manager Dorothy; the employees also seemed friendly although primarily don't seem to speak English.”

“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near. This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”

“Oh my gosh, for the first time maybe ever I can say going to mail a stack of packages was an enjoyable experience totally. Yes there was a line and yes I had to wait my turn but once I was with the postwoman it was fantastic (Betsy)! The process was constant and moving but as she did all the work she was also extremely friendly and a blast to talk to! She is an absolute gem! Lucky you if you get her window! Smile and be nice because she deserves it! And she will return the love!”

“I think service here can be hit or miss. But this depends on what time of day you go, and keep in mind that they seem understaffed most of the time. The times I’ve visited I had no issues with staff. All friendly and curt as usual. Just had to handle the typical wait times. Quick note! If you’re here for fingerprint services, they open at 9:45am. And whether the device/system works smoothly is a roll of the dice. The past times I’ve done this the machine would be temperamental. So if you come for this, expect some delays.”
