I have been struggling with my phone for 3 days, trying chat and phone support, tried another store nearby and everybody said they could fix my problem but ended up making it worse. Nathan was the only person who was able to actually fix my phone issue. It didn’t cost anything when one of the other stores were trying to charge me. He stayed open late to help me out and was able to handle it like it was no big deal. He was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously skilled at his job because he was able to hold a lively conversation with me while simultaneously saving the day! If I could give more stars I would!”

“Massive shout out to the guys at this location. I was having trouble accessing my brother's phone after he passed away, and they were able to help me without any hassle. They were super knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure that all of us (four separate parties in that small office, but it worked) in there at the time knew we were important and they would be with us in a short time.
