Honestly pretty proud of this shop now cause I remember when it first opened and it was basically useless, everyone still had to go to Gresham. But now we have a legit Verizon store in Sandy that can help you with whatever stuff you need. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.”

He had a very disgruntled and angry older gentleman that was a customer also and he was very respectful and very stern in his words of telling the gentleman that he had to wait for the cash system to turn back on to take a cash payment, The older gentleman wanted nothing to do with him and said you are Verizon. I am going to take it out on you and then he had enough and decided to talk to me about how bad the customer service was. I told him to mind his business and Hunter jumped in very professionally and asked him to leave, and to not confront other customers with his issues. Hunter had great customer service helped me pick out a great case and showed me how to put it on my phone kudos to him for keeping a calm head and persevering through a tough situation”

I needed assistance with multiple issues (changing billing accountability, changing our plan, getting new phones with the current offer). He was able to direct us on the first two issues and then help me get the new phone I wanted. Mario is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. “After a nightmarish experience trying to upgrade my phone with Verizon and being made to jump through hoops over four visits to three different locations, I gave up and decided to jump ship. On my way home I saw the T mobile store, and figured that even though they were closing in an hour it would be worth walking in. Angel and Brian (?) were so helpful and friendly, transferred all my data to my new phone, and even took on the task of getting on the phone with Verizon's customer service to get the transfer pin and other information necessary to complete the switch. My phone plan and insurance on a brand new phone are considerably less than what I was quoted at Verizon, and I was walking out the door with everything I needed by the time they closed their doors for the evening. Highly recommend.”

“We just got signed up with a family plan today. We were helped by Geno the manager and Alexis . We were extremely excited with how much money they saved us. We were on a family plan with AT&T and saved $100 a month by switching. Geno the manager spoke with me on the phone before I arrived and he made sure we got all the deals available to us. Alexis also found additional promos we were eligible for. They were both extremely helpful and made it a speedy process for us. We came in with our two small children so we really appreciate it getting in and out of there as soon as possible. They also took the time to explain all the different phones, and what would be best for us specifically. I would highly recommend the store.”

“Update. I went to T-Mobile to hopefully get their internet service. The employee at T mobile was very nice and at least tried being helpful. The n Fortunately though, where I live TMobile not available to be hooked up at my home. Very disappointing since my neighbor right next door to me was able to get T mobile at their home. From what the T mobile employee told me, they try not to add more homes to their service then what their service can handle at any given time. So their customers have a good internet connection with good seeds. If that's the case, then that's a good thing for customers! I have had other internet service providers that really over load their system where there's too many people using the internet data stream and the internet speed slows to a crawl! Therefore I can really appreciate that T mobile wanting to keep the best quality for their customers using the internet! Just unfortunate I wasn't able to get their service yet! So I'm stuck with turtle slow HughesNet for who knows how much longer?”

“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“UPDATEI had given this location 1 star a year ago due to the person working there instead of helping told me to just do everything online(I am not technology savy thats why i had originally came in) however on Monday February 5th I went in because I wanted to inquire about wifi and maybe about trading in my phone, because of my previous experience I went in thinking I had to do this all online however I was wrong. Mikaela was the one who helped me and Mann did she help me. She was super patient, knowledgeable and most important she gave me one of the best customer service. She compared my current line to a new shiwed me the difference and most importantly showed me how I can save money in the long run. I left feeling taken cared off and because of Mikaela I am given this a 5stars.”

“Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind. However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price. One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.”
