“Comprehensive children's boutique with a sizeable selection of fashionable apparel and accessories, at reasonable prices, particular when there is a sale on; and as this an outlet store, sales are prevalent here. We were mostly ignored by the staff during our entire visit until check out (they even failed to welcome us when we entered), so perhaps some customer interaction training is in order: a more welcoming environment, as well as pointing out any current sales and deals could only benefit the shop. Other than that, still a great place to find affordable children's clothing.”
“I am compelled to give feedback about an experience I had at this location. Vanessa is an absolute gem to this store and company. She provided a customer experience of perfection! We bought a pair of Nike Gianni whatever they are, less than a month ago and they're coming apart already and she really empathized and tried to make it right despite no inventory to replace. Give this girl a raise and make her manager, if she isn't already! Watching her also interact with other customers, she's consistently amazing!”
