He used to be located in SE Portland, and I still drive from Southeast Portland to see him because his shop can dial in an alignment better than the computerized machines at the dealership. That says everything.

Don’t be surprised if he starts asking detailed questions when you call to book an appointment, that’s just who he is. More than once he’s diagnosed an issue over the phone just by asking the right routine questions. For example, I thought I needed an alignment, but after talking it through, he helped me realize it was actually a tire issue. He saved me time, money, and an unnecessary service. That level of honesty is rare.

As a woman, I’ve unfortunately experienced being talked down to or overcharged at other shops. That has never happened here. Tony is straightforward, respectful, and genuinely wants to do what’s right. If something doesn’t need to be done, he won’t do it, and he won’t charge you.
