Stopped by the commercial department looking for a strange backing plate for a push bar that I was installing. They jumped at the chance to help me. Another customer even found what I was looking for in his work van and just gave it to me. Super knowledgeable staff (and customers) and a pleasure to speak with.

We’ve purchased dozens if not way more decorative and functional products from door pulls and hinges to high security electric lock systems. For literally decades. Great displays. Large stock and special order followup.
