“Love this market! My husband likes the fresh jerky. I am grateful for the assortment of essentials and the fact that stock is up to date and staff are friendly! Lots of energy drink options, but also canned food, cereal, household supplies, candy, milk, cheese, chips…We spent 8 years on the road in an RV. So we have seen a lot of little markets. This one is one of the best. The wood floor and rustic charm only make me love it more! It’s a great place to stop before heading up into the mountains or to simply get a few groceries. Yes, it might be a bit more in price than Walmart, but compared to driving into town… and knowing I’m supporting a small business… totally worth it.”
“Amazing, friendly, and inviting people. Clean restrooms with great market items, including a large selection of cold craft beers with mixed 6-packs available. It also has a little bit of whatever you need and cooked food menu. Would highly recommend it, and if I ever pass that way again, I will definitely make a stop.”

“I love this, out of the way, little store. It's located in a residential area and so convenient to just drop in for drinks and snacks or whatever you may need in a hurry. They are open early and I don't have to go out of my way to get my drink on my way to work. Friendly service”

“I was very distracted on this day. In my own thoughts. I have never been to this store or town. But a huge shout out needs to be said to the young cashier man with tatoos who's positive vibes shined bright. I forgot my wallet and went to my car and a another person paid for my snacks by the time I returned. I saw this man in the parking lot and gave him a big hug. We do not have a lot of really greatstories out there. So walterville your people rock!”

“I Love the new location on South 72nd in Springfield! The store is so clean, is well organized and well stocked!!! The two gentlemen that were working last night were so friendly and so helpful to me. Not only did I find what I was looking for, a particular Christmas decoration that the Eugene store was out of, but I found my cinnamon broom!! Even though this location is clear across town from where I live, I prefer shopping at the Thurston location. And, I'm pleasantly surprised that the items I use (bath soap, etc.) are available at a Dollar General:)”

“Definitely not a full service grocery store, but they did have a good selection of sandwiches, salads and ready made lunch items. They have good snacks at a reasonable gas station convenient store price and they also have a hot food deli at the counter with hot food like potatoes and corn dogs ready to go.”

“This is the best little store up river. Has the basic essentials that I need in a rush. Exceptional service and friendly staff. You can always count on them to be open during bad weather. They serve prepared tasty hot food. Owner lives on the McKenzie and supports the local community in so many ways. The store has a beautiful history and you can feel it in the walls when you walk in. Stop in on your way over the pass for a snacks.”
