“They were nice at the store. Once the television was purchased, and I had questions I was on my own. They said we could contact for help.I asked two questions. One, about installing the tv directed me to an outside contractor. That’s reasonable. The other should have been able to easily answer considering “video” is supposed to be their expertise. Their response email was less than helpful. Luckily I can figure most things out with research, but some people who might not be very tech savvy (so to speak) may struggle.”

“This review is about ten years overdue. I bought my first ever turntable off eBay. A Setton TS-11. Now I don't remember what I paid for it but I bought it knowing it needed a new belt. At the time I lived about a half mile away. It wasn't far but it meant walking up and down a couple of hills. Oh yeah, I didn't own a car at the time. So I walked it over there and asked them to take a look at it for me. I knew next to nothing about turntables. I don't remember why exactly all the back and forth but I believe I carried that turntable between the shop and my home three times altogether. In the end, they got it working beautifully. In addition to fixing my turntable, they sold me an old radio shack mixer and helped me troubleshoot my audio setup at home. Both the turn table and mixer continue to work perfectly to this day. “I have an old Korg MS-20 I bought in 1981 that needed to be restored (since it sat for a couple of decades in an attic). Synapse Audio did a great job. I got it back cleaned and restored and it sounds as good as it did on the day I bought it. I would absolutely trust Synapse Audio to repair any device. They know what they're doing and clearly have a passion for vintage gear. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I went into this location tonight pretty disgruntled from my day, and letting off my steam towards the employees with my current issue (that wasn’t even their fault, but my phone being buggy). Addy quickly addressed it, apologized for any inconvenience even though it was out of there hands, and went above and beyond assisting me with my phone, doing network resets, updates, everything I wouldn’t have known to do. They also gave me alternative ways to solve my problem if this didn’t work. All I can say is I AM IMPRESSED. She and her assistant manager (Jessica I believe, sorry I’m terrible with names) could have easily said it wasn’t their problem and sent me on my way, instead they took over an hour helping me diagnose my problems, find solutions, and even saved me tons of money on the side by switching to their internet too. This kind of customer service is unheard of now. I am beyond pleased, and left with a huge smile on my face. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, that being said addy deserves a raise! They even gave me a new screen protector since mine had broken. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I played all the scenarios of how it could go in my head before coming in, I didn’t expect to get this kind of commitment. A+++ :)”

“I came to this store today to pay my bill and ask a bunch of questions, and had a great experience. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative but without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I told him I was looking for the iPhone 16 and he told me he had the 16E but then when he told me about the camera specs I was like oh no, I mainly want it for the camera. So then he directed me to a different store where he thought I would probably be able to find the 16 pro. I asked him some questions about bringing an unlocked phone or switching service to a new phone mid month. He informed me I could do this for $25 in store or for free online. I really appreciated all the tips and advice without him trying to push one of those free tablets on me (an experience I've had at other stores). I came back a few minutes later to pay my phone bill. Would definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the area.”
