βI bought a respirator a couple weeks ago and it had a broken clip. These guys couldn't have made the exchange any easier. And I picked up a couple LED shop lights that were hands down the best deal available. My shop lighting is so on point nowβ

Walked in yesterday morning with a job that was so HOT, we required a one day turn around....and they finished it by dinner time!!! These folks are so knowledgeable about what they do and the customer service is amazing. Had the pleasure of working with Jack and he knew exactly how to help us. Gave great feedback about how we can help them as well. We've been using them for years and all we have to say is, they never disappoint. Very communicative and extremely reliable. Looking forward to continue working with them in the future.

βI love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!β

βMy Rolair compressor needed service. Austin Farace, an employee at Portland Compressor, politely greeted me, looked at the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. That kind of service is RARE and they actually answer the phone.
Bought the compressor from them 15 years back and if I need another I'll definitely go back.

βI walked in there not knowing where to start. I had so many questions and when Benjamin L. Saw me he asked what he can helped me with. I explained to him that this was my first time here and need help with product selection and he did just that. I highly recommend this place to any new comers I wasnβt rush nor did he try to make me buy things I didnβt need. Benjamin was very patient with me, he was knowledgeable about the products.

βSuperficially, there's similarity between Ace and big box Home Depot and Lowe's, that is, largely overlapping inventory categories. What sets Ace strongly apart is the live presence of people in the aisles who can direct you to what you're looking for, and offer good advice. For me, this makes my neighborhood Ace very much superior to these competitors.β
βI haven't any services performed by Blue Mountain but I certainly appreciate businesses that offer advice for struggling DIY'ers like myself. A phone was answered and a constructive, helpful conversation was had. Used to be the normal and seems few and far between these days.β
βThe absolute best community resource I've used. We just moved to Lents and were a bit strapped for cash after buying a house, and this tool library was (and still is) a life saver. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. I hope this place stays here forever.β
