They generously switched it out for a new one that was not defective even though they are technically not returnable. I have been very happy with the second Vornado unit. Thank you!!”

I am not a plumber, so their help & guidance was essential. “Having a great local plumbing store is such a treasure. Sooo much better than big box stores. I went in looking for a replacement bathroom faucet for one that was leaking. The person that helped me was so nice and patient, took the time to understand what I was dealing with, helped me figure out how to handle it, somehow went into the back and pulled out the perfect replacement, and helped me understand how to install it. It was my first time installing a faucet and I'm happy to say that it went great! Thank you!”

The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and also applied a military discount. They got the paint to me by 9am the next day and coordinated with another Ace for the remaining paint they couldn't provide in time. House completed by the end of the weekend, thanks Ace!”

“This place is AMAZING!!!!! We were looking for a new kitchen sink. Our installer told us that Clancy Supply would have it or could get it ASAP. We headed down there and talked to Melinda. She is great. They didn't have the sink but she checked with someone and they had one in their Eugene store but would take about a week. $700+. We told here we would shop around and get back to her. We called the same store that she had, not realizing that was the one that Melinda called and they said they had one in Eugene blah blah but $800+. About that time Melinda called us and said she found us one and we could go pick it up $399. Not the same brand but a good one. They were on sale. My husband asked Melinda how they get paid if we don't get it from Clancy. We don't she said we just hope you pass us one to others. If you live in the Portland Or area check them out before you buy. My next purchase will be a toilet and some bathroom sinks and believe me we will buy them there. THANK YOU MELINDA at CLANCY SUPPLY on Ochoco St., Portland , Or”

“I know some of my fellow DIY'ers shy away from the large home improvement centers and opt for smaller family owned & operated stores. One of the biggest reasons for this migration, stems around the fear of getting poor customer service...Let me tell you... The Home Depot in Oregon City has... (I don't know what the proper identifying verbiage is anymore so I'll shoot from the hip!) an AWESOME customer service, checkout, self checkout register consultant or cashier employee named 'Greg.' In my experience, Greg was nice, extremely helpful, good listener and was able to help the lady I was with pricing concerns.In the couple min I spoke with Greg he showed initiative, genuine concern over the problem in hand and carried out the necessary actions which ultimately saved the sale and likely 'earned' the business of a repeat customer.Lastly, he told me he didn't know much about laying hardwood floors... (side conversation we had) But wished me good luck and sent us on our way with a friendly smile and a 'Good Luck!'This is what Great Customer service look like,,, and This Home Depot in Oregon City is Damn Lucky to have Greg representing the 'Orange Apron' team!Thank You to everyone at the Home Depot!!Best,Chad W”
