“I have been a member of this credit union for 35 years, back when they were the Portland Teacher's credit union. They are definitely going through some growing pains, the phone line customer service is terrible, but you still get good service at the branch offices. I go to the Wilsonville office.”
“I have had great experience with this bank. We did a HELOC with them. The manager, Nicholas, checks in with us, always remembers us, and is super helpful whenever I'm in. I highly recommend them. They also have great home mortgage options. I wasn't as happy with that process and the gal who did our loan (it isn't handled within this branch) but it all worked out in the end. I am a real estate broker and, having worked with a lot of lenders, I may be a little picky.”
