“Recently I was advised to change my cell phone number due to it being associated with fraudulent actitivies. I have attempted to port my landline number, which I have had for 10+ years, but hardly used. First, I contacted AT&T customer service by dialing 611, but I got many run arounds because I was porting my landline number instead of comletely new number; besides they still seemed to use people abroad. Thus, I decided to walk into this AT&T store.
Tanner has immediately understood the situation and expertly handled the situation. He has assisted me about a year ago when I lost my phone and helped me activiate a phone I purchased from Best Buy. He remembered me.
Tanner is professional with wide range of knowledge like porting landline number, and if he is at the store, I actually prefer to wait and go to him even if he is serving another customer. AT&T Store West Linn is fortunate to have a great customer service person like Tanner.”

“My husband, Gregg and I met Austin Weseman as we walked in the AT&T store at Progress Ridge! Right away we felt so comfortable with talking to him. We were looking for 2 new phones and an IPad. Austin talked to us and helped us to find the best phones for us. He told us about prices that would work for our budget. Once we made our choices he followed through with us to make sure all was going the way we’d expected. When our new phones arrived, he helped us set them up and taught us what we needed to know! “Admittedly, I’m one of those people that thinks about writing a review a lot more often than I actually do. My experience at the Tigard Verizon store practically demanded a review… and a really really good one at that!
My phone was stolen Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I went to get my replacement. The store had been open less than an hour and Nicholas Levine was the only salesman working and he was already with a customer. I won’t bore you with the details of my visit or transaction but it is imperative that I thank Nicholas for his outstanding service. He has to be the greatest asset of this business. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. If possible, I won’t buy another phone from anyone else. I hope the management takes care of him.

“I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!”

What a difference: the employee there tweaked an issue or two, then explained how/why. Now my phone is all I'd hoped it would be.”
