“Dealing with a 2016 Chevy Malibu brake, rotor and caliper issue having to change basically all of it, just to find out the bolt guide pin to hold the caliper in place was impossible to find anywhere. After trying with several different stores I went to this auto zone on glisan, the employee that first assisted me, Alyssa was very knowledgeable and helpful, but after a while it was becoming complicated so she escalated help from her parts manager Kelcey, where we were able to narrow down potential replacements. I had even tried to Chevy dealership and service center and they couldn’t help, only recommended finding a pin with the same specifications
Anyways the autozone employees went the extra mile to track down different caliper guide pin sets, till finding one with the same dimensions as mine, perfect replacement. 12/10 service I hope you shop here!”
“I scheduled an appointment online, ordered the tires online and paid beforehand. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and so was someone else for all 4 tires to be changed. Check in took about 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the tires I had ordered and sent to their location. There was only one service member for both appointments. I was told I would be waiting about 1hr-1.5hrs for my car AND the car that got there at the same time as me, at 11:30 it was finally my turn when I see they’re looking for something in my car. Turns out I have a special lug nut key that I didn’t know about and they couldn’t find it so they told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to come back. I was obviously quiet upset and went to my car to look for what they were talking about. Luckily I found it before I drove away and they were able to switch the tires after all. Warren was very apologetic and did what he could to make the situation right. They were able to get the tires changed in under 30 minutes after I found the key so I was really thankful they made sure to get it done quickly after having waited forever. I had not known about the special lug nut key beforehand but I was also told store policy is they’re supposed to check about a lug nut key when they check you in for your appointment. If they had followed policy it could’ve saved time and stress for everyone involved. 4 stars because I appreciate them doing what they can to make the situation right with me and getting my tires done quickly once they pulled my car back into the garage.”
“This has been our autobody shop of choice in years past. I almost didn't go with them this year because communication was tough. The phone is often not answered. No response to a social media inquiry. When I showed up in person to get an estimate, employees were not initially welcoming or responsive. What they lack in customer service communication, they make up for in actual body work. With some improvement in customer service interaction, they would rate highly in my book.Services: Painting”
