“Brought my whole family here recently and one of their managers Caylik helped us through all the deals and getting shoes. He shows that he enjoys his job and knows a lot about all the brands so if you come in ask for him. They had a great selection of products, my only problem was the small youth section. Other than that a great experience!”
“I was in this store today with my son and his GF to buy a dressy ensemble for him for a wedding in San Diego in which is GF will be MOH. My son, a skater and outreach worker for addiction services has never dressed up and never owned a suit. Walking in we threw ourselves on the mercy of a sales associate who was lovely and very helpful. Wish I had gotten her name, but suffice it to say she steered us in the right direction. Through no fault of anyone’s there was a glitch in the process after the purchase (no email) and we could not be certain the order would be expedited in order for them to have it before leaving on the following Thursday. Between the manager, and the sales associate they put every effort into making sure this suit would reach my son on time. We were treated with respect and courtesy every step of the way, and the manager went above and beyond in her efforts to solve the dilemma. This is a terrific store with helpful staff. If you want quality clothing (BR is iconic), and to be treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend you shop here. Kudos to the manager and staff; and thank you for a successful shopping experience for a reluctant man trying to please his girlfriend!”

I am a swimmer and teach water exercise classes and
I have to try samples of shampoo because of my fine hair, which is fragile and often gets weighed down when the shampoo is too heavy with conditioners.
Some shampoo and conditioners actually make my hair look greasy.
The price of the shampoo and conditioners have increased substantially as all things have.. so I save Sephora a ton of money and product by getting a sample rather than buying a whole bottle of shampoo and conditioner and then RETURNING it when it doesn't work on my hair ?
And Sephora has to throw it away in the dumpster..and give me a refund!

“The staff here are amazing today 3/22 my 11 year old had a medical emergency and had to call a ambulance (she is ok) they were calm kept me calm and most of all was there for my daughter making sure she was ok, I can’t thank them enough.”
