Luis and Eduardo. These guys were prompt, careful, efficient, funny and friendly. They moved the new furniture into our home, put it together for us, (the backs had been removed) and assisted my husband in removing our old set. The old loveseat went into my husbands truck for the dump and the old couch went down to our barn. Luis and Eduardo even carried the couch into the barn for us. A pleasant day and experience working with this company and these two men. Gentle John's is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other moving companies as well.”

“I have found this place to be a safe, clean storage facility. I currently have 3 units, and we are having issues with the monthly rates on our 3 units not priced at the same rates. Even though they all were rented at the same time and are all the same size. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the product and service provided.
Oh and yes I have reached out to the manager Angie for help. But she was unable to remedy the higher billing increase on 2 of our units with Corp billing. She did give me a credit though on our units but for only one month. Angie has been excellent to work with the issue is Corp.”
