“This is a wonderful family market with quite a few excellent items that are hard to find a United States. I got Wheaten flour, marmite, digestives with DARK chocolate, and some wonderful looking mustards. They also have lots of Irish sweets. The lady behind me was all over the crisps. It’s worth a visit if you appreciate Irish food. The staff was very helpful. I hear they get a lot of good stuff in at Christmas time. I’ll have to come back and check. It was definitely worth the drive.”

“Great local market boasting local suppliers! Nice, modest selection of organic and fresh foods. We visited in June and saw peonies and a garden plants on sale.
They had whole pretzels for sale for just $0.99 and tomato pie for $7.99. Cannot wait to try it!
I love their wholesale section where you can bring your own reusable container to grab bulk items like nuts, teas, fruits and snacks. Such a great way to get small quantities especially for baking.
Reminds me of the MOM’s Organic markets which I love and frequent. Prices are good, comparable to Whole Foods. If I were a local, I would frequent this spot!”

“I live only a minute from this hidden gem and was welcomed warmly when walking in. Absolutely lovely staff and immediately told them it was my first time ever being in a meat emporium and they told me about every cut of meat they had and even told me which cuts I should use based on the dishes I commonly cooked. They also recommended me some great finishing salts which I bought the chimichurri and it was 10/10. I did purchase a pound of their marinated short rib which is phenomenal and saves me extra time in the kitchen. Great shop and will be recommending to my neighbors :) also their gf bread cheese is great too!”

“Bythrow’s Deli—what can I say… the best hoagies ever. I grew up in this neighborhood and on their hoagies. I live far away now, but I make a point to stop in every few years, and it never disappoints. Half the time I’m standing in line next to someone else who also came in from out of town just to get one. The best part is the owners always seem to remember you, so you get a chance to catch up like you never left. There’s truly no place like it.”

Back in the 1970s, I would pass by this store on my way to Lawton every day for years. It was a candy store then.
Then it abruptly closed down. (There was also a candy store at Benner & Jackson and Benner and Walker Streets then too). Lots of great memories from the 1970s....kids riding their bikes...trick or treating...
It's great to see this store open and providing great food and memories for the local community again. I wish much continued success to the owners.”

Very nice products but I bought the head&shoulders old spice shampoo and conditioner and it smells very different from where I usually buy it from like Family dollar, target, ACME, etc. products are expensive but nice. “I live closer to another Filipino store. I visited this store because I was curious to see their menu and merchandise. It’s nice to have options for our birthday parties and other occasions. It was a weekday but their menu was just right and they were able to accommodate my other orders since I called ahead. My Filipino and even American friends were surprised and loved the embutido. I’m greatly satisfied with the service and Pinoy food.”

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood 40 yrs any I’ve seen store owners come and go. A few good one along the way I’ve met but none with kindness and care as the new worker Omar who welcomed me on our first encounter. I felt like a friend and soon I felt like family. I’ve seen many of his employees come and go over the years shopping there and as they say things get better with time. Their employees now one in isetiff cf list is so kind and warm and friendly. It just makes you want to shop even more at this store Bec you are treated kind and warmly it just makes it a more pleasurable shopping experience. Their store is. Very clean and the shelves are always well stocked well with so many of the things I need for hay you don’t find at most corner grocery stores. I’m so grateful at my age 74 and alone that I have such a wonderful store that it’s so hear by my home and feel certain that they will be around for the duration and I got one am so grateful to have them in my neighborhood. Rosemary. A loyal customer and friend. Ty. Los amigos. Omar. Frederick and. All the other lovely people that greet you when you walk into this wonderful store . I highly recommend it for your shopping needs.”

“We stopped by the Abington Grocery Outlet and it was a great find. The place is super clean and always seems to have plenty on the shelves. The staff really seems to enjoy working here too; we had a nice conversation with Pop about their snack selection, which is huge. Everything from the meat to the produce felt fresh, even though we did end up with a dud watermelon (if anyone knows how to pick a good one, let us know!). We're saving about 35% compared to our other stores, which makes it worth the extra star. Stock rotates pretty fast here, so keep an eye out for your favorites, but the friendly atmosphere and the savings are hard to beat.”
