“I had been looking for a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or Eclipse Cross for a while. My previous Outlander Sport lasted 13 years, so I wanted to stay with Mitsubishi. I checked Kelly Mitsubishi's website, and I found 2 Eclipse Crosses. Jessica DellaPietra assisted me for many hours, until the dealer found a price that was acceptable. Even after I had agreed on the Eclipse Cross, they still priced an Outlander Sport to show me the difference. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jessica was very compassionate about my concerns on the cost. When I picked up the vehicle a few days later, Jessica was very thorough in explaining all the differences between my previous car and the new one. I highly recommend this dealership, as they offer many other brands. Ask for Jessica. You'll be happy you did!”

“Far and away the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. They 100 percent adapted to my schedule. Very trusting, no pressure, communicative, awesome to deal with! I bought one of the older trucks they had on there lot, (2012 Tundra/ 145,000 miles) whatever they did to prepare was incredible! If it wasn't for odometer I could of been fooled into thinking I was driving new vehicle. Hopefully it will be a while before I need another vehicle but when the time comes I'll be going back to Kressleys.”

“These guys did outstanding work! I have a rare Volvo 740 Turbo Diesel car and they were the only shop that would even touch it. They didn’t hesitate at all to work on it and they were enthusiastic about it. After sitting for years and years they got it to purr like a kitten. Rebuilt the fuel injection pump and even repainted my valve covers without me even asking. I will never take it to another shop for motor maintenance or repair.”
