“Today I can to Kelly Automotive Group in Emmaus, PA purposely with the intent to purchase a 2026 RAM 1500 Limited in Forged blue. Upon approaching the truck, John the manager asked me if I needed help; he immediately had Benjamin Klipp assist me. Benjamin in patient understanding knowledgeable and took in all my questions and concerns. Aside from a little good banter, the process was made easy. Thank you Kelly Auto Group”
“Always my go to when I have to get that part for stuff I can work on for my car. All the tools and parts needed.
Today, needed a new battery. Marcy said there was a still a warranty on the old battery and looked on the computer to tell me where I probably bought it so I could get a new one. Lined me up a new battery and all i needed”
“We had a trailer hitch installed by this shop and they were beyond helpful, thorough and great to deal with. Bill ordered what we needed, scheduled us promptly and went over everything when my wife picked the car up. He went above and beyond by filling our spare when noticed it was flat, knowing we were about to go on a roadtrip. I will use this shop for any auto body needs moving forward and suggest everyone consider them as well. Thanks Bill and Co!”
“After driving the same old car for 10 years, I was ready to make a big change & get myself something nice. Tori Giogaia was the most amazing sales rep to work with & helped me navigate my car buying journey. Tori helped me understand what would be the best fit budget wise, but also helped me find something that I truly loved!! I couldn’t have done it without Tori’s amazing help, along with the rest Kelly automotive group! Beep beep!”
“I had my battery replaced at AutoZone a few days ago and immediately experienced issues. I took it to Advanced Auto Parts and Mark noticed that I was sold the entirely wrong battery and there was damage to the mount and battery itself. Mark got me a brand new battery, tested everything, and fixed it up in half the time I spent down the street at the other shop. Super nice guys, very knowledgeable, and super efficient. Mark is awesome, go to Advanced Auto Parts!”
“Went in for an oil change today for my grand Cherokee and was provided with excellent service from start to finish. Job done in less than thirty minutes and mechanic returned the car clean! Love the waiting area and complimentary coffee/ water. Lady at register was also very kind and nice enough to provide me with change to tip the mechanic. Will definitely return to this location for future vehicle services!”
“I had power steering issues and it was resolved by Kristi Finkel, overall she was very professional. I spoke to the shop former thirty years of experience and it was provided to me to talk about "prevention services ", what should I look for a state of my car mileages, I was impressed by their knowledge. Kristen Finkel was texting me to make sure everything was ok with the car after the car left out the shop if she's not available ask for Dan Carcione his the service manager if you are not happy even getting your car back clean he will make sure your experience it's a five star it doesn't matter if the car it's a twenty-year-old car he will treats each car like it was his own! no matter what color or race you are, he's a good family man.”

“Dear Mitsubishi Customer Service Team,
I am writing to thank you for your incredible support when my car needed an urgent repair. My electric seat was broken. Because the seat was stuck too far back, I could not reach the pedals to drive safely. The dealership did not have the replacement part available at the time.Fortunately, Javi Riviera stepped in and helped me. He arranged for a loaner car so I could get home safely and wait for the repair.Javi Riviera solved a very stressful situation for me with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making everything right.
Sincerely,
Cynthia Mandak”
