She offered me a cup of coffee (complimentary) and more than that, empathy and words of encouragement. She didn't even make a big deal out of the fact that my car died at a gas pump, impeding others from getting gas there. Recommend you explore the aisles, you'll see things you didn't know you needed. The tool/hardware section is surprisingly well stocked.
