“This place has some amazing terry towels like awesome thick cozy bath towels! But it gives off a weird creepy vibe. This place is forever frozen in time on march 15th 1982 at 2:15am. The few and far between shoppers are all elderly people in their early 70 and 80s. The nostalgic neon signs flicker at times but for the most part stay lit. Be very careful around the reclining chairs and couches as sitting in them for more than 10-15 minutes is enough to make you totally forget where you are and why you came and you will become extremely disoriented and it will take at least an hour to find your bearings again and leave the store. Don’t get lost in the backrooms aka boscovs frozen in the 1980s!”
“Love all of the clothing that I have purchased from KLB. I have found super cute clothes for work. I am been asked over and over where I have gotten my clothes at. I tell everyone KLB and I tell them how to find it on Facebook or the app. If there is something that is wrong KLB will fix it. I would recommend KLB to everyone.”
“Schmuck’s had the thorogood boots I have been looking for! The service I got was above and beyond what I could ask for. She measured my feet and made sure the boots fit me exactly the way I wanted. We talked for about 25 minutes about family, the area it was a fantastic experience! This store has gone absolutely above what you expect. If you need boots/shoes stop in.”

“What a wonderful experience shopping here is! I went on Saturday and was greeted with a Cinco de May party! But far better than that was the first class service I got while shopping for shoes. Regina was wonderful about getting me all kinds of shoes, widths, etc so that I could walk away with what I needed. After making my shoe purchases, I enjoyed a taco and some dessert! It was all SO NICE and an overall fabulous experience!”
“They don't have a whole bunch of employees running around bothering you about buying shoes. If you need help you do have to look for them sometimes. But all in all fantastic prices on shoes. I have purchased three pairs from there in the last nine years. One pair for every three years not bad!”
“Went in today for the first time in a while. Trying to find a pair of comfortable fitting shoes. A very nice younger woman helped me find the best ones. It didn’t look like they had much staff but the service provided was great for how empty the mall is. Very clean store with many low price options to chose from. I will be returning!”
“Went in on 8/19/24 to start an order for my department's dispatchers. I went in with all kinds of ideas on what brand shirt I wanted and the lettering with no knowledge whatsoever on the process. Thank the stars above for Nicole's help that day! She was able to answer every question I had and explain why ordering one brand was better than another. She made the entire process wonderfully straight forward and simple.
When I left there we had selected a brand of shirt, the embroidery style and placement and I was able to send my team to the store so all they had to do was try on the shirts to select the right size. Nicole and her team took care of the rest!

“Delayed flight -so I decided to check out Johnston & Murphy, a favorite for classy, simple to wear, timeless fashions. An excellent employee, Nicky, helped me find some great sweater jackets perfect for work-all at sale prices. The black jacket is reversible so One side is a great business look, one side casual. I also picked up an adorable pair of leather boots in a neutral color which will go with everything. I love that they have a good non-slip bottom as sidewalks and walkways in terminals can be slippery. Definitely a store to visit if you have time to kill at the Pittsburgh Airport!”

“My feet do not hurt for the first time in 20 years. I'm typing this wearing my new house shoes that Mr. Palombo recommended. I went there for a simple boot and shoe repair and while I was there I was telling him about how I have the worst arches. Turns out, he is an orthopedist! He gives me a pair of slides (I am not a slide guy) and tells me to put them on. I humored him and as soon as I put weight down on my foot, if my feet could've sang they would have! I knew I needed to buy them. I looked at my current shoes that I walked in there with and noticed how beat they were. He brings out 2 pairs of shoes and 2 different kinds of orthotics. I compared them to my current ones from foot locker or something like that, these were night and day. Needless to say, I walked out of that store with 3 new pairs of shoes and 2 sets of orthotics. Fair pricing, honest service, and knowledgeable staff. It's hard to find that in a store these days. If you need a new pair of shoes AND a store that treats you like family, I cannot recommend Miller's Shoe Store enough. For the first time in a long time I can't wait to stand around and do nothing!”
