“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”
“The owner provided very careful notary services. I hadn't realized I should print my documents single sided for notarizing and he kindly copied those sheets.”

“I had to return something via ups. The whole process is soooo easy (compared to another service) ! They just scanned a code I opened on my phone . Done! I don’t have to prepare wrap packages , I don’t have to buy tapes when I forgot them ! ( I have bought so many one time used tapes and stack them in house , then was told to always keep one in trunk just in case of this).”

“I just want to acknowledge Kathleen. She is awesome. Even while dealing with "Karen" and her Amazon returns. This store was packed, with a line inside and outside. Kathleen was very friendly and fast. "Karan" came in with 3 packages to return to Amazon and only 2 codes/labels. Obviously that will cause a problem. Instead of being upset with Amazon, she took it out on Kathleen. I have to say, she has a lot more patience than myself. This woman had attitude and was being extremely rude. Kathleen was very professional and maintained a pleasant and friendly attitude. She should be recognized for being so awesome! Thank you Kathleen. Keep being awesome !”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Staples on Penn Avenue. I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. They offered suggestions and different options to make sure my print job turned out exactly as I wanted it.
When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The manager suggested I download the Staples app to earn money back on my purchase, and the team member ringing me out even applied a coupon I didn't know about, saving me an additional $50.
The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. I will continue to return to this location for any printing needs and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my family and friends. “Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”
